Air-conditioning in lounge/ ceiling fan in bedroom. GROUND FLOOR  Lounge area with T.V. Dining area & kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave. Steps down to toilet/wash basin. Air-conditioning. 2 balconies out from lounge, plus outside dining area from kitchen. Another toilet/wash basin in outside area. UPSTAIRS - sleeps 4 1 bedroom with double bed, T.V. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom located between bedrooms with shower unit, toilet/wash basin. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Further access to balconies from bedrooms. There are steps down to the garden, where there is a built-in barbecue, shaded pergola, table & chairs. A garden path runs down to the beach, which is located about 30 metres from the house. Air-conditioning is extra, payable here @ £80 total for 7nts.
