Villa Melfe 2 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool.  Return Villa Melfe, newly built & located in Pefkos, set in it's own grounds, consists of 2 attached villas, with access to a shared swimming pool with bar in the small hotel only 100 metres away, which is owned by the same family. Each villa includes 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with bath tub upstairs. Master bedroom has a double bed & safe, bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms share a balcony. Then downstairs there is a lounge area with sofa bed, kitchen/dining area & another bathroom with shower. Therefore each villa will sleep total of 5 adults or 4 adults & 2 small children. Free baby cots are available on request. The kitchens are fully equipped including cooker, utensils, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, sandwich maker, grill, blender & washing machine. There is also an iron/ironing board, sewing box & first aid kit in the utility room. The living areas are complete with flat screen satellite TV, DVD & MP3 player. All linen & towels are supplied & are changed twice a week. Air-conditioning is available, payable locally. The villas are very conveniently placed, being only a 2 minute walk to the beach & a similar distance from the village centre with its choice of bars, restaurants & shops. Also it is only 4 klms from the historic village of Lindos. Taxi transfer from/to airport can be arranged with our driver if required, payable direct to him. Alternatively car rental can also be arranged, collection & return at the airport, please enquire for rates. RENTAL RATES ARE PER WEEK FOR EACH VILLA.
